I had an amazing stay at this place! The location was perfect, right in the centre of everything. I could easily explore the local market, and the underground station was just a few minutes' walk away, allowing me to easily travel around. The service at the hotel was top-notch, with amenities like dry cleaning, grocery shopping service, and a laundry facility available. I was even welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival. The room itself was fantastic, with all the necessary facilities provided including ironing facilities, a heating and air conditioning system, tea and coffee making facilities, and a cozy sitting area. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful and relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel for families.

Great studio, with Elemis bathroom products and access to a laundrette. Spotlessly clean with provided towels, slippers, and utensils. Conveniently located near bus stops, tube/overground stations, and Westfield Shopping Centre. Quick and easy check-in. Nice staff and good security.

Absolutely beautiful building, gorgeous lobby and room. Professional and helpful staff. Convenient location near tube station. Great water pressure, kitchen, and comfortable bed. Access to Overground, restaurants, and grocery options. Surprised with early check-in and hot shower. Spotlessly clean with Elemis products and laundrette.

The hotel is amazingly located right in the centre of everything, next to the Westfield center and near the metro. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and provided really good service. The breakfast provided was tasty and offered a variety of options.

The location of this hotel is amazing, right in the centre of everything. You'll find yourself near to the metro and the local market, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms are beautifully presented and clean, with excellent standards. The bathroom boasts a lovely big shower and there are cooking facilities in each room. The staff are friendly and accommodating, providing little extras and toiletries to make your stay extra special. The hotel is also adorned with stunning decor and lovely plants everywhere.
One downside is that there is an issue with voice insulation, which may cause discomfort when other guests open or close their room doors nearby.
